I have been working at the company for over 3 years and I lead the automation department, which develops optimal workflows for our clients — from the moment a request is received to the successful implementation of the project. We implement process automation and use CRM systems, which allows us to achieve maximum efficiency and comfort in interactions for the company's employees. This not only increases productivity but also shortens the sales cycle, contributing to sales growth.

We also monitor processes after implementation, handle requests before scheduling meetings, and requalify client databases according to new rules, which enables us to realize up to 20% of the accumulated client base. Additionally, we develop and implement regulations, integrate systems with various services, and overall digitize the company into a unified system for maximum convenience for employees.

In my free time, I enjoy sports and strive to lead a healthy lifestyle, combining balanced nutrition with barbecues on weekends. My dream is to visit all the amazing places in the world and get to know new cultures.
