Our history
[ 2013 — Foundation year ]
The first office is 1 room per 100 square feet and 3 employees. The first clients. Small businesses with small budgets. We are researching the digital market and trying to take our place in the sun.
[ 2014 — First big result ]
  • The staff consists of five people. We are starting to invite new employees who add more expertise to our team.
  • We are changing a small room for a larger office. The client base is gradually expanding. We are actively looking for bigger clients.
  • The first large contract for $ 500,000 with a Russian bank.
[ 2015 — The first crisis ]
Losing a big customer and rethinking the level of service we have to provide. We began to actively work out our systemic problems.

We realized that we need to standardize the agency's products and take a more careful approach to recruitment. We began to build a better team based on real marketing experience with businesses of different scales.
[ 2016 — The first attempts at scaling ]
We created a plan to scale up to 100 clients, which we did not fulfill in the end.
A large 2,500 sq ft office was rented in the center of Moscow.
We opened the first sales department. Previously, working with clients rested on the shoulders of the entire team.
Managed to increase sales from 5 to 70 per month due to sales processes.
[ 2017 — Focus on product quality ]
  • We divided the agency into three groups. Active expansion of the team, search for narrow professionals in accordance with the tasks of clients.

  • We have implemented SCRUM project management in each group. Previously, we did not focus on the theories of team interaction.

  • We have implemented regular training courses for employees, thereby increasing their expertise.
[ 2018-2019 — Securing the results ]
The first big prize in our history
We continued to focus on the quality of services provided.
For an international client, an online system was implemented that allows conducting SMM master classes, curation and mentoring. For this, we received the first big prize in our history.

New regulations
We have started systematic training of future group leaders. We realized that it is better to grow our managers than to look at the market.
We have created an online bot to organize internal work processes. Work issues began to be resolved in a couple of hours, previously it could take weeks.
We have developed a number of regulations for the launch of new projects. This allowed us to get high-quality results for our clients from the very first month of work.

We began to feel that WGG had become more than a Russian advertising agency. The growth of foreign customers has made it clear that the quality of our services is competitive in the world.
