How WGG Agency Generated 300+ Leads for a Tiles Company in 4 Months, With a Total Sales Amount of AED 84,000

How we achieved
614K impressions
and gained 1K new followers for business set up company

Over four months, Dorci 3D Tiles- is a UAE based client, the only 3D marble and limestone tile maker in the GCC — went from having no digital presence and no sales to a growing account reaching over 80,900 accounts, gaining more than 1,000 followers, and closing 30+ sales for AED 84,000 in revenue.

The challenge

No Digital Presence, No Brand Identity, No Sales. Dorci had a genuinely differentiated product - 3D marble and limestone tiles, water-, fire-, and UV-resistant, made in the UAE - but none of the digital assets that normally support a launch: no Instagram presence, no visual identity, and no audience that had ever seen the product category before. Because 3D tiles are not a familiar purchase in the GCC, the challenge was never just to get leads, but first to teach the market that this product exists.

Our solution

The account was rebuilt around education rather than pure aesthetics, mixing format-explainer posts, style guides, and lifestyle reels showing the tiles installed in real homes. By the time of this snapshot, it had grown to 814 followers on 68 posts, with 68,139 in total reach split fairly evenly between organic (24,576) and paid (44,090).

Organic growth through reels

Before significant ad spend, organic reels were already the strongest discovery channel: in the first two months the account gained 612 new followers and 24,576 in organic reach, with one single reel bringing in 38 new followers on its own. This confirmed short-form video as the format worth investing creative effort in.

Content that resonated with the audience

A 4.31% engagement rate came from matching content to what the audience actually cared about — durability, installation, and design options rather than polished product shots alone. The top-performing reel reached 17.2K accounts, and the content generated 60 new direct messages before any hard sales push had begun.

Launching paid advertising on Meta

Opening Meta Ads meant starting with none of the usual advantages: no pixel history, no past purchase data, no proven audience. Rather than jumping straight to a sales objective, the first phase deliberately targeted traffic and visibility — driving people to the profile and building trust before asking for a purchase.

Implementation Process

Turning Traffic Into Followers. In this period, Instagram profile visits reached 180 , and 67 of those visitors converted into new followers – a 40% visit- to follow rate. Reach hit 5,818 and interactions climbed to 171, showing the profile content was compelling enough to earn a follow. The brand had solved visibility, but still had no real conversations with buyers.
Testing B2B: Interior Designers as the First Lead Target. Four campaigns targeting interior designers generated 27,677 in reach and 1,264 messaging conversations, and leads did start to arrive. But the client's feedback was key: designer-sourced deals moved slowly, since each one needed multiple internal approvals and often waited on the designer's own client to respond.

A Highly Engaged Audience, But No Confirmed Sales Yet

Every visibility metric jumped sharply this period — views to 100,519, reach to 30,091, profile visits to 1,652, follows to 322, interactions to 968 — but not one of these interactions had yet turned into a confirmed order. This showed that the audience being reached and the audience ready to buy right now were not yet the same people.

Shifting to B2C — and Getting the First Sales

Instead of waiting on the slower B2B cycle, the next round of campaigns pivoted toward property owners aged 25–54, using lookalike audiences and narrowed interests. Creatives were updated to spell out customization, value, and pricing up front — and that shift produced the campaign's first confirmed sale, celebrated by the client via WhatsApp.

B2B Starts Converting Unexpectedly

As the B2C shift landed its first sale, targeting was adjusted to run B2B and B2C in parallel rather than choosing one — and the earlier interior-designer leads began converting into confirmed orders. This confirmed the B2B channel hadn't failed, it simply ran on a longer sales cycle, and Dorci was now earning revenue from two paths at once.

Demand Outpacing the Client's Capacity

By this stage the numbers had scaled well past earlier periods — views at 399,698, reach at 101,588, interactions at 6,087, profile visits at 6,272, follows past 1,012 — but the clearest proof of momentum came from the client herself, who had enough messages and meetings (a minimum of four a day) that she asked to pause ads for five days just to keep up.

Results Achieved

Four months of testing and re-targeting turned into a repeatable funnel that now works for both audiences at once. The final numbers: over 80,900 accounts reached, 1,000+ new followers, and 30+ confirmed sales worth AED 84,000 in revenue — all on a total media spend of AED 10,000, roughly AED 8.4 in sales for every AED 1 spent.

Why It Worked

Organic content earned trust before any money was spent because Dorci's product was unfamiliar to the market, paid ads alone would have hit a skeptical, uneducated audience and likely underperformed. Building an organic reel strategy first — one that generated 612 followers and 24,576 in organic reach before ad spend scaled up — meant the paid campaigns that followed were reaching an audience segment that had already started to understand and trust the product category. This sequencing, content before spend, is a large part of why the eventual cost per result stayed efficient.

Testing Both B2B and B2C Uncovered the Real Funnel

Rather than committing early to a single audience, the campaign deliberately tested interior designers (B2B) and property owners (B2C) separately, then in parallel. That sequencing revealed something that would have been easy to miss otherwise: B2B leads converted more slowly because of multi-step internal approvals, while B2C converted faster on a shorter, more direct decision path. Once both were targeted together, the earlier, slower-moving B2B leads came through at the same time the newer B2C sales were closing, effectively doubling the paths to revenue instead of picking one and abandoning the other.

Creative Built Specifically Around Real Objections

Content directly addressed the exact questions a brand-new product category raises — 'What does 3D tiles really mean?', 'Plastic or marble tiles?' — instead of relying on generic lifestyle imagery that assumes the viewer already understands the product. That educational angle, paired with strong lifestyle creative such as the gold 3D limestone tile reel, is specifically credited on the slides as the account's best-performing B2C creative work, and it's a useful reminder that for an unfamiliar product, explaining it well can matter as much as showing it beautifully.

A Lean Budget Produced an Outsized Result

The entire four-month campaign ran on AED 10,000 in ad spend and still delivered AED 84,000 in sales revenue, 80,900 in accounts reach, and over 1,000 new followers — a result strong enough that the client needed to pause advertising for a week simply to keep up with the volume of leads and meetings it generated. For a brand that started this case study with no digital presence at all, that is a meaningful validation of the sequencing used throughout: build trust organically, test narrow, follow the data even when it's inconvenient, and only scale spend once a real funnel has been proven.
