The real estate company sells luxury properties in Saudi Arabia (villas, townhouses & apartments) and receives income from successful deals. The peculiarity of this project was Arabic language and everything was done in Arabic

The initial plan of works was the following:
Audit of the client's old advertising campaigns in order to save budget for hypothesis testing

Testing a large number of new hypotheses and further optimization of advertising campaigns

Why is 'lead generation' a good alternative to the website?

The main disadvantage of the format is a large percentage of non-qualified requests. This can be random requests, wrong phone numbers, etc. This problem is leveled out by the low cost per lead, hence the qualified request is obtained at a good cost
In order for the user to leave a request, it is required to click on the button in the ad and enter the data and click 'Send'. Then the person's contacts can be automatically sent to the email or CRM system

We have faced a problem with one of our hypotheses. We have had a low conversion rate of 4% from total requests to qualified requests which has led us to a high cost per qualified lead - AED 280

In the field of luxury real estate it is very important to use look-alike audiences, as it helps to find people who are similar to those who have already expressed their interest and left requests
In addition to using look-alike audiences, we have produced new creatives which have been similar to what we had used previously and which had showed the best performance with focus on premium feel of the properties

Using various creatives and audiences has helped us increase CTR (click-through-rate) to 0.9% and increase the conversion rate from total leads to qualified lead to 10% and decrease cost per qualified lead to AED 135
